Most changes can be made by visiting https://indieauthormagazine.com/#account, but if not, just submit a ticket and we’ll take care of it.
I received a charge of $39 - what is that?
Chances are it’s a charge from our sister project Author Automations from Substack. You can manage your subscriptions directly in your Substack account.
How do I update my payment method for my subscription?
Visit your Account Settings page and edit your billing information. If you run into any errors, contact support and we can update it on your behalf.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your Account Settings page. Your access will continue through the end of your billing period.
My login link isn’t arriving in my inbox. What should I try next?
Check your spam or promotions folders and add our email address to your safe-sender list. If you still cannot log in, we can manually send an authentication link.
